The website is responsible for delivering orders to the customer’s address as entered during the purchase, or to any other location agreed upon by both parties at the time of placing the order.
Products manufactured abroad will be processed and delivered according to the following timelines:

A “Business Day” is defined as Monday to Friday, excluding special days like holidays and the like.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price. Shipping costs may be updated from time to time, as noted when placing an order on the website.
If an ordered product is out of stock, the website will notify the customer. If the customer is unavailable, the website will ship the order without the missing product.
If the customer is not present at home when the delivery person arrives at the pre-arranged time, the order will be returned and sent again. On the third attempt, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Order delivery is subject to the following conditions:
There is reasonable access to the delivery location.
If the delivery is to an organization, institution, kibbutz, or settlement that cannot be accessed without special permission and/or does not have a structured registration of streets and/or house numbers, the order will be delivered to the central distribution point in that location.
The website will not be responsible for any delay, postponement, or failure to deliver caused by:
Force majeure and/or events beyond the website’s control.
Reasons related to the shipping company.
Holiday seasons and/or the periods leading up to holidays, including November-December when online sales events occur.
A nationwide closure that affects the operations of the website and/or its suppliers and/or service providers, for any reason.
Returns, Changes, and Cancellations Policy
Requests for a return, change, or cancellation of a transaction must be submitted to the website using one of the contact methods listed at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
A return, change, or cancellation of an order is possible with a refund or exchange within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.
The refund will be processed to the original payment method used by the customer, subject to the processing times of the clearing company and the credit card company, and upon the product’s arrival at the website’s address.
If a return, change, or cancellation is requested more than 25 days after the order is received, the request will be subject to the sole discretion of the website.
A return, change, or cancellation will be approved only after the customer receives a written notification from the website confirming it.
In cases where a return, change, or cancellation is made because the customer changed their mind (and not due to a defect or non-conformity) and is approved by the website, the following conditions will apply:
The customer must return the product to the website in the condition it was received.
The product must not have been used in any way.
The product must be returned with an invoice or proof of purchase.
The costs associated with returning the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
Product exchanges are subject to the website’s shipping policy and shipping fees.
Returns will not be accepted for products that were custom-made for the customer according to special requirements or sizes, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
In cases where a return, change, or cancellation is due to a product defect, the website is responsible for collecting or replacing the defective product from the location where it was delivered.
A product that the customer defines as defective will be inspected by the website. If, after inspection, the product is found to be in good condition, the customer will not receive a refund but will have the option to have the product shipped back to them, subject to payment of an additional shipping fee.
